Our Expert Witness service
Both Sam and Bob have a proven track record in expert witness work at Section 78 and Development Plan Inquiries; Landlord and Tenant Act matters; CPO proceedings and in the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber).
Bob has developed a practice as an amenity expert in s.84 Law of Property Act 1925 restrictive Covenant cases in the Upper Tribunal; and gave expert evidence on amenity matters in Fearn and others v Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery (2019 EWHC 246). He has appeared in Magistrates’ Court proceedings providing expert evidence on amenity matters in licensing hearings and has presented evidence on the operation of the planning system in Crown Court cases.
We prepare expert reports for consideration in the formal setting of an Inquiry, court or tribunal. We also appear as expert witnesses and undergo cross-examination on the reports’ contents.
